2. Daily Communication

Our Office Team is here daily from 8 AM - 5 PM and ready to help!
Your daily schedule and information on assigned cleans can all be found in ZenMaid.

3. Downloading ZenMaid + Breezeway
ZenMaid is your daily calendar and scheduling app - all upcoming appointments are listed here - alongside property details and job notes. (>ZenMaid Help Guide<)
Breezeway is a vacation rental job verification app - you are asked to submit photos of your cleaning to verify each job. (> Breezeway Help Guide <)
These two simple tools are used daily to help you manage your schedule and workload!

5. Recommended Supplies

Please note this is not a comprehensive list. As an experienced cleaner, you are expected to know what equipment is needed and when to best use it.

8. Scheduling / Availability
Your entire working schedule will be found in ZenMaid. This includes:
Upcoming "Not Available Blocks"
Upcoming Residential Appointments
Upcoming Vacation Rental Appointments (also listed in Breezeway)
You are contractually obligated to complete the jobs you accept and you are required to provide a minimum of 48 hour notice if you cannot complete a job in order to avoid a penalty.
9. Getting Paid
Payments are processed every week for all the great work that you do!
Each processing week includes jobs completed between Sunday to Saturday. These jobs are paid the following Friday, no later than 5 PM.
For example:
Any jobs completed between Sunday, March 1st to Saturday, March 7th are paid on Friday March 13th
10. Working Expectations / Less Jobs Offered
Our only expectation is that you provide a high-quality cleaning, each and every day!
